We take care of the details.
ILMA Trade Service USA is led by Vladislav Shuliko and his son Nick. Based in Calabasas, we work on residential and commercial projects across Los Angeles and surrounding communities.
Vlad’s background spans construction and engineering. He earned a master’s degree in engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, founded a construction company in Moscow in 2003, and moved to the United States in 2015.
Today, Vlad and Nick work side by side, overseeing projects and staying involved in the decisions that shape the result. American ADU Design & Build is our dedicated ADU offering, bringing planning and construction together.
